Job description:

Sales Manager in our store will be responsible for implimenting the bicyle shop sales policys as directed by the owner and will be responsible for a staff of 3 employees and all of the retail sales duties that are affiliated with the store. ie: Sales goals, sales staff training, sales staff scheduling, customer service, product sales, product placement and pricing, sales and event marketing.... A good knowledge of bicycle products and some service skills are required. The position is full time with two weeks vacation per year.
