Job description:
Service Manager in our store will be responsible for implimenting the bicycle shop service policys as directed by the owner and will be responsible for a staff of 3 employees and all of the retail service sales duties that are affiliated with the store. ie: Service sales goals, service staff training, service staff quality, service staff scheduling, customer service, service product sales, product placement and pricing, service sales and service event marketing.... A good knowledge of bicycle products and sales skills are required. The position is full time with two weeks vacation per year.
